Lisa Picard comes to Hackley Community Care holding a Masters in Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services. Hailing from the Muskegon area, Lisa has a rich background in substance abuse, mental health, and education. She served as a Clinical Supervisor within the local Community Mental Health agency, where she leveraged her expertise to support and guide street-based case management, recovery and clinical teams. Additionally, she brings her leadership skills to her role at from being the former Director at Ross Medical Education Center.
Lisa is deeply committed to building stronger communities and making a meaningful impact through her work. Outside of her professional life, she cherishes time spent with her six children and grandchildren. Her personal interests include reading, traveling and enjoying the great outdoors.
