Heather Wolf, LMSW, received her Master of Social Work degree from Grand Valley State University in Allendale, MI. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Psychology from Grand Valley State University.
Heather has twenty-five years of clinical social work experience involving home-based services, supervision, crisis intervention, assessment and advocacy. She has worked extensively alongside families who have experienced struggles including depression, anxiety and domestic violence. She has provided support to those whose lives have intersected with the CPS and Foster Care systems and has empowered families in their journey toward positive change. Heather strongly believes in a collaborative, strengths-based and solution-focused approach and sees individuals as the experts in their lives.
Heather is a lifelong resident of the Muskegon area. When she is not providing care, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends. She has two cats, Sadie and Penny.
