School Wellness Program
Our School Wellness Program provides health screenings, health education, counseling, and other health resources to youth through the care of a Registered Nurse and a Mental Health Provider.

Our mental health therapists support students both in-person and virtually, providing convenient and flexible care.

HCC’s Registered Nurse will provide health screenings, first aid, assistance with chronic care conditions, health education, care management, and virtual medical visits with TytoCare.

With parental consent, students can have a real-time virtual medical appointment with a healthcare provider.
Students won’t have to miss school or leave campus. Patients can be seen for:
- Rashes/Bug Bites
- Nausea/Vomiting
- Headache
- Asthma
- Pink Eye
- Diarrhea
- Constipation
- Sports Injuries
- Rapid Strep, Covid & Flu Testing
- Sore Throat
- Ear Pain
- Fever
- Cough/Colds
- Abdominal Pain
- Allergies
- Joint Pain
Parental consent is required for most nursing and mental health services. Stop by your Hackley Community Care School-Based site for a consent form, to inquire about need for consent, or for any other questions.
